  • How long does my order take?
    Products are typically dispatched within 10 business days, In-stock items are dispatched within 3-4 days. A lot of our pearl products are handmade and strung together just before dispatch hence we may need to accommodate an additional 2-3 days on these products if needed
  • How do I know when my order is confirmed?
    Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service on via our contact us form and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
  • Can I amend my order?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. Please review your orders before placing order.
